Street Parade For Boonah’s Year 12 Students
Town Crier Syd Norman, ably assisted by the Assistant Town Crier Peter Brown, called the big crowd of Boonah locals together, and announced the graduating students at Boonah High School’s traditional Graduation Parade.
Syd and Peter led the parade in Syd’s 1910 Maxwell car before the students were driven down the road in their choice of special vehicle.
As the students walked back up High Street past the cheering crowd the Town Criers read out their names and achievements.
The rain just held off in time and the students boarded a coach to their Final Dinner and Dance Function. A very special event, well supported and managed by all involved. Congratulations graduating students of Boonah!
