Members of the U3A did not let the ‘no show’ of the Beaudesert Show this year dampen their spirits and decided to hold a “Show Must Go On” Lunch at the Beaudesert RSL.

In honour of the Show, attending members were given Show Bags and a Show Gift at the door before enjoying a delicious lunch with friends at the U3A.

Usually seated at long tables, members commented that this lunch was like an Ekka Function with showbags.
Andy Fechner, President of U3A Beaudesert, said “It’s very good, reminds people there are places to connect with the community.”

“Retire from work not from life!”
