TEG’s 3 Day Event Finally Held In Tamborine …
Despite postponements, Tamborine Equestrian Group presented the Steelworks Construction QLD International 3DE on 20-23 October 2022. Competitors travelled from QLD, NSW, and Victoria to battle it out for the titles of Qld State Champion and gain qualifying results for more competitions across Australia. With a well-attended event it was great to see such good results for those hoping to qualify for Adelaide early in 2023.
This event offers a wide range of classes catering from 65cm classes all the way up to 4* International Level Competition, so is perfect for young aspiring riders to see the high-level competition in action. While the competition is great for competitors, it’s also a great event to attend as a spectator as the action-packed 4 days have dressage, Show Jumping, and XC happening – with a ‘pop up’ Trade Village too!
Of course, this event is not possible without huge numbers of Volunteers and Sponsors. A big shout out to Steelworks Construction who was our Major Event sponsor for the 4th Year the event has run. This event is set to return to the calendar 26th–29th October 2023.
