DESCRIPTION:Become a citizen scientist at the 2021 Scenic Rim BioBlitz  \nGet hands-on and give back to the environment this spring by joining the 2021 Scenic Rim BioBlitz\, running from 30 October to 19 November 2021. \nScenic Rim Regional Council\, in partnership with Watergum\, invites locals of all ages and backgrounds to come together as citizen scientists to help collect vital species data in the Scenic Rim. \nOn each day (Saturday 30th October & Sunday 31st) there will be 3 surveys which include: \n• Bird survey\, 7am-10am \n• Flora survey\, 1pm-5pm \n• Nightspotting survey\, 7pm-10pm (this will occur on the Saturday night only) \nThe 2021 Scenic Rim BioBlitz highlights Council’s ongoing commitment to conservation and enhancement of the region’s natural resources and environment. \nLooking forward to seeing you there!
